Technology Integration Learning Plan
This lesson was designed to focus on the topic of community. Students were to investigate the cultural elements of their community, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Students chose elements to “advertise” Fort Smith to tourists and prospective residents. Students researched the elements and created a video or annotated slideshow to present to “tourists and prospective residents” (classmates). Classmates completed an online peer review according to a rubric. |
Tigers Can Research Webpage
As part of Introduction to Web Development, I designed a page my students could visit to learn about best practices while engaging in research projects. The webpage guides students through the steps of researching from choosing a topic to citing their sources. |
